Elevated Alliance Make an IMPACT workshop · September 10, 2026

Business growth does not always begin with a new lead source. Sometimes it begins with a useful conversation you have been putting off. That was the focus of our September 10, 2026 Elevated Alliance workshop, Make an IMPACT, led by Abdel Khawatmi of PRMG Got Mortgages.

We looked at opportunities already within reach: active prospects, past clients, referral partners and relationships that had gone quiet. The assignment was practical: choose three meaningful opportunities, give each a next action and put a date on the calendar. A manageable plan gives you something to execute and review before the next meeting.

The IMPACT framework

  • I — Identify the right opportunities. Review your existing relationships and pipeline. Look for a real need you can help address, rather than treating every contact as the same conversation.
  • M — Meet with intention. Know why the conversation matters. Prepare a relevant question and understand what a useful outcome would look like for the other person.
  • P — Present real value. Bring a resource, an introduction, an answer or a practical idea. Give someone a reason to engage beyond a generic request to check in.
  • A — Align with their goals. Listen before offering a solution. A productive next step starts with what the person is trying to accomplish.
  • C — Convert trust into action. Agree on a specific next step when appropriate. A useful conversation needs a clear handoff if the work is going to continue.
  • T — Track your follow-up and results. Record the action, its owner and the follow-up date. Review what actually happened.

Give every conversation a reason to happen

The session emphasized context. For a real estate partner, that might mean a question about a buyer’s planning process or a resource that helps explain a common financing issue. For another business owner, it could be a connection, an operational idea or a question about a priority they previously shared.

The relationship determines the conversation. Tools can help organize notes and reminders, but the professional still needs to listen, understand the situation and follow through. Consistency is easier to maintain when each action has a purpose.

Track the activity behind the outcome

Calls, meaningful conversations, appointments, partner touches and completed follow-ups provide a clearer picture than a vague sense of being busy. Tracking them lets you see where momentum is building and where your process needs attention. It also makes the next coaching conversation more useful: you can discuss specific actions instead of guesses.

Your three-opportunity action plan

  1. Choose three people or opportunities already connected to your business.
  2. Write down a useful question, resource or reason to reconnect with each.
  3. Assign one next action and a realistic date.
  4. Complete the action and record the response.
  5. Review what helped and adjust before adding more tools.

That was the practical takeaway from Make an IMPACT: build one useful system you will actually use. The Elevated Alliance continues that work through education, accountability and conversations among local business professionals.
