PRMG employment opportunity
Real Estate Partnership Program
A structured PRMG employment pathway for real estate agents, team leaders, and broker-owners who want to build mortgage-related income by performing a genuine role—with training, supervision, and compliance built in.
Quick answer
What is the PRMG Real Estate Partnership Program?
The PRMG Real Estate Partnership Program is a bona fide W-2 employment opportunity for qualified real estate professionals. Selected candidates work in an approved mortgage origination, branch management, or business development role. Compensation is earned for performing that role—not for referring mortgage business.

What defines the opportunity
The program combines a real employment role with PRMG's mortgage platform and oversight.
W-2 employment
Selected candidates join PRMG as employees, with an approved title, training, supervision, policies, and performance standards.
Role-based income
Compensation is tied to the duties and performance of the approved position. It is never payment for a referral.
No branch startup investment
PRMG describes the pathway as requiring no branch setup cost or initial capital investment from the selected real estate professional.
Licensing by role
MLOs must be properly licensed. A business development role may not require an MLO license but cannot perform licensed activity.
PRMG platform and support
Technology, processing, marketing resources, training, and an established mortgage operating framework support the work.
Compliance and supervision
Every employee works within PRMG's policies, required training, supervision, and applicable federal and state law.

Watch on YouTubeA career opportunity—not a referral arrangement
The central distinction is simple: the Real Estate Partnership Program offers employment with PRMG. A candidate who is selected takes on real responsibilities, completes required training, works under supervision, and is evaluated under the standards of the position.
RESPA prohibits giving or receiving anything of value in exchange for referrals of settlement-service business. The program does not pay someone merely for sending a buyer or loan to PRMG. Any compensation is for bona fide services actually performed as a PRMG employee.
A role matched to licensing and experience
The appropriate path depends on the candidate's background, licensing, goals, and the requirements of the available role. Mortgage Loan Originators must satisfy all applicable licensing requirements before originating. Business development employees may not need an MLO license, but they cannot quote rates, discuss specific loan terms, or perform other licensed origination activity.
PRMG determines eligibility, role structure, duties, licensing, training, and final employment terms through its formal review process. Nothing on this page is an employment offer or a promise of compensation.
Built on PRMG's mortgage infrastructure
Selected employees work within PRMG's established mortgage platform rather than creating an independent mortgage company or informal referral arrangement. PRMG provides the operating framework, training, technology, processing resources, oversight, and compliance expectations associated with the role.
Real estate knowledge and professional relationships can help an employee succeed, but those relationships are not the basis for payment. Performance in the actual position is what matters.
Why financing matters to real estate professionals
Buyers weigh monthly payment, affordability, and confidence that the deal will close. Sellers weigh net proceeds, speed to close, and confidence that the buyer is solid. Financing sits underneath every one of those priorities.
Agents control showings, negotiation, and marketing, but the mortgage approval often decides whether a transaction closes. The program gives qualified professionals a way to take on a genuine mortgage-related role inside a national lender rather than standing outside that part of the process.
A more connected client experience
PRMG lends in 49 states and Washington, D.C. (not New York). Working within that platform can help create a smoother path for clients across purchase, refinance, and investment-property conversations—with each conversation handled by the appropriately licensed person.
An NMLS license is required to discuss specific loan products, rates, or terms. Employees without an MLO license support clients within the limits of their approved role and connect them with licensed PRMG loan originators.
- Purchase: guidance from pre-approval to closing through one established lender
- Refinance: stay connected with clients after closing as their needs change
- Investment property: support clients planning long-term real estate goals
Training, tools, and ongoing support
Selected employees receive onboarding and training on mortgage products, compliance, and the expectations of their role. PRMG provides marketing resources and technology, along with compliance-reviewed content, so employees work within approved materials.
Over time, qualified employees can grow within PRMG—including building teams or expanding into additional locations—subject to PRMG's review, licensing requirements, and standard approval processes.
- Structured onboarding and product and compliance training
- Marketing and technology resources with compliance-reviewed content
- Coaching and guidance from experienced mortgage leaders
- Flexible outside-sales structure designed to fit alongside a real estate practice
What the program is not
It is not a referral-fee arrangement, and it does not pay anyone for sending a client to PRMG. It is not a replacement for your real estate career—many participants continue serving clients as agents. And it does not ask non-licensed employees to quote rates or underwrite loans; licensed activity is handled by properly licensed PRMG staff.
How to explore the opportunity
Start with a confidential conversation with Got Mortgages. We will discuss your current real estate role, whether you are open to W-2 employment, your licensing status, and the time and performance expectations of a genuine PRMG position.
If there appears to be a fit, the next step is PRMG's formal review. Written employment documents—not an informal conversation or this website—govern role duties, licensing requirements, compensation, and final terms.
- Consider whether you want mortgage origination, management, or business-development responsibilities
- Review the licensing and training required for the applicable role
- Understand the supervision, meetings, policies, and performance standards involved
- Evaluate the written employment and compensation terms before making a decision
